Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PosePilot. By using the app, you agree to the applicable terms presented to you and to Apple platform rules.

1. Service

PosePilot provides on-device pose, framing and lighting guidance, automatic capture and scoring. It is not a beauty, retouching, medical or professional-advice service.

2. Accounts

No registration or PosePilot sign-in is required to buy, restore or use Pro. Sign in with Apple is optional and enables account and service synchronization across supported devices. Keep your Apple account secure and do not transfer or misuse subscription transactions.

3. Free use and Pro subscriptions

Free users can register 3 successful shots per day. Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions with unlimited guidance and all pose templates. The product name, price, currency and offer shown by the App Store at purchase are controlling.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Apple charges the payment method linked to your Apple account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription normally renews automatically. Manage it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app or your PosePilot account does not cancel the subscription.

5. Restore, refunds and price changes

Use Restore Purchases for an active subscription on an eligible Apple account. Apple handles payments and refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com. Price changes follow Apple rules and applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, violate another person's image or privacy rights, bypass payment or security measures, attack the service, or submit fraudulent transactions. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from people you photograph.

7. Intellectual property

The app, interface, brand, pose templates, sample media and text belong to us or their respective rights holders. They may not be extracted or redistributed commercially without permission.

8. Availability and changes

We may update or maintain the service for product, security, legal or Apple-platform reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to protect paid rights during an active period and to restore temporary interruptions.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Results vary with device, environment, lighting, distance and movement. We do not guarantee perfect detection, capture or scoring. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Apple Media Services terms and the Apple standard EULA also apply where relevant.
