PosePilot is developed and operated by Chengdu Beat Forge Technology Co., Ltd. This policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope and principles

We process personal data lawfully, fairly and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Where consent is required, we request it in the relevant feature or system flow.

2. Camera, photos and on-device analysis

Camera frames, body-pose landmarks, framing analysis and captured photos are processed locally on your iPhone with Apple Vision. We do not upload or store them. PosePilot does not integrate a third-party AI service or AI API and sends no personal data to any third-party AI service.

Face data

PosePilot does not perform facial recognition, face verification, face-landmark detection, or face tracking, and does not collect, store, or share face data with anyone. It does not use Face ID or any facial-recognition system capability.

During shooting guidance, camera frames are analyzed entirely on-device, one frame at a time, for real-time pose guidance, composition and lighting checks, automatic capture, and photo scoring. Apple's Vision body-pose model outputs full-body skeleton joint coordinates; the only signal that touches the face area is the nose's normalized coordinate, used solely to check the head position against the pose template for the current frame and discarded immediately afterwards.

Face images, face crops, and face geometry are never extracted or saved. The only content written to the system Photos library is the photo you choose to save, saved exactly as captured. Apart from photos you choose to save, the app stores no face data on the device or on our servers, and shares no face data with Apple, Yecaoyun (Hong Kong), or any other third party.

3. Account and service data

Sign in with Apple is optional. When you choose it, we process the Apple user identifier needed to create your account. StoreKit verifies purchases locally without a PosePilot account; transaction data is sent to our server only if you later sign in to enable account synchronization.

The app version currently submitted for review does not collect or upload product-interaction analytics. Analytics upload is disabled and no analytics network request is made.

Photos, camera frames, body-pose landmarks, your local shooting profile, free text and advertising identifiers are never included in service requests.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We use optional account and service data to authenticate accounts, synchronize subscription status and allowances, prevent duplicate records, restore service, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations.

We do not use camera content or pose data for advertising, marketing, tracking or AI model training.

5. Apple and infrastructure providers

Apple processes optional sign-in, App Store payments, subscriptions and refunds under its own terms. Yecaoyun (Hong Kong) hosts the minimum optional account and service records described above. It is not an AI service, and we require the same or equivalent privacy and security protection. We do not receive payment-card details.

6. International processing

The service infrastructure may be located outside your country or region. We use reasonable contractual, organizational and technical safeguards required by applicable law. Photos and pose-analysis data remain on your device.

7. Retention and security

Account, service and product-interaction records are kept only while needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations, or until the related account is deleted. We use access controls, encrypted transport and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or information about processing by contacting us. You can revoke camera or photo access in iOS Settings.

9. Account deletion

Use Profile → Account & Data → Delete Account in the app. After Apple re-authentication, the account and related server records, including product-interaction events, are deleted. This does not cancel an App Store subscription or delete photos saved in the system library.

10. Children

PosePilot is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided account data without valid authorization, contact us.

11. Updates and contact
